SPEAKER BIO:
Alison Lynch is the chair of LMC bereavement support, an organization that supports parents following any sort of poor fetal diagnosis. Having gone through a TFMR with her first son in 2019 and having to travel outside of Ireland to do so, she found the community support of LMC invaluable. This support continued during the fatal diagnosis of her second son in 2021 who died shortly after birth. Now she supports other parents going through this, lectures medical students on the patient perspective and is part of the hospital working group to improve care to patients undergoing TFMR.
