Betsy Winter serves as the Director of Community Support for the national non-profit, Return To Zero HOPE. She is a mind-body coach and somatic practitioner with a specialization in trauma resolution, relational healing, perinatal loss, grief, and post traumatic growth. Following the terminal diagnosis and subsequent death of her daughter, Eliza, in 2015, she has dedicated her life’s work to helping people transform complex stories from the past and challenging experiences from the present into meaningful action, lasting change, and an empowered existence.
