It is such a specific, unique ache - the needing to let go, the love and pain misunderstood by so many.

I too, went through this hell. The "There is something very wrong with your baby," and then Google holes and specialists until I knew: the decision was clear.  

The flowers and phone calls afterwards eventually stopped, but my heart continued to beat her name. And no one saw, no one else truly understood. The TFMR community held me, gave me permission to name her, to say "baby," to grieve, to scream, to cry, to LOVE.

And I was called to this movement, to companion and make TFMR spaces and communities and bring us together. Because through it all, the TFMR parents saved me.

 Womb Healing Meditation
(no cushion, technique or  'perfectly clear mind' needed AT ALL, come with tears, numbness, anger, love, all welcome)
