• Meet LIVE on Zoom for 1 hour to help you work with a current big grief layer in the heartbreak of terminating a wanted pregnancy

• Be guided through a meditation, while receiving Reiki (a gentle energy healing modality) to connect with your baby in the heartspace. I will also be open to this connection and let you know if messages come through.

• Get help making/updating your Self-Care in Grief plan so you can continue to tend to your grief process, even beyond our session and throughout the holiday season

• Have a mindfulness practice that gives you the space to hold your grief softly and bring you calm in the midst of this utter heartbreak.

These meditation tracks will help you feel into how the grieving is the healing.

• Try out mindfulness for yourself using guided tracks put together by a Pregnancy Loss Doula who has been through this specific loss herself so you'll feel seen, understood, held and relieved to have a companion in this grief.

 

• Develop kindness and compassion towards yourself and your heart, at a time when you may not be receiving this from your support system

And that's ok, not everyone will understand. I went through a TFMR myself in early 2018 and I had to explain so much to all my therapists, my medical team, even to my own partner. It was exhausting to find the right people, but I eventually cobbled together the support I needed.

Here with me there is no explanation needed. I see you, I hear you. I'm here to help.

That's why I became a pregnancy loss doula. And that's why I offer these bereavement sessions, so you can give yourself the gift of having someone by your side who gets you. FAQs

When can I use this holiday package?

Your 1:1 session (which we will do on Zoom) can be scheduled any time through the rest of December 2025 through January 31st, 2026. I am NOT taking the week off between Christmas and New Years so there will be many spots open during what can be very tough dates and events for bereaved parents like you.

The mindfulness program is LIFETIME ACCESS. You will receive an email to create a login and you can use and download the audio tracks for personal use as long as the lifetime of the course.

MY TFMR PREGNANCY LOSS WAS MANY YEARS AGO. IS IT OKAY TO DO THESE SESSIONS?

I would say a resounding YES! There is no expiration date on grief. And you may find yourself in need of help because another recent loss is bringing up your grief for your baby. Or maybe you are coming up on a hard milestone or grief "anniversary." Or perhaps you were never allowed to grieve due to family or your culturaI environment. I want you to know, I am here for you. 

​MY TFMR PREGNANCY LOSS WAS VERY RECENT. I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN PRACTICE MINDFULNESS YET. WILL IT BE OKAY FOR ME?

Always follow your medical doctor's orders first and foremost for any mind or body practice. If there is no medical reason to worry, I would like you to know that I created these tracks to be as gentle as possible. Nothing is forced on you, and all of the suggestions are optional in the tracks.

One thing I always recommend my clients do when testing out a new mindfulness track is to listen to it in a non-meditative state FIRST, to check that it is appropriate and to check that it doesn't trigger something very tender in their fresh experience. You can do this with the tracks. Listen one time over FIRST, then listen again, in a meditative state.

All of the practices can be used in motion, so if you are worried that sitting still could be too much for you, use the tracks while walking or exercising (just not while driving!)

WHAT EXACTLY WILL WE DO IN THE 1:1 SESSION?

In the 1:1 session we will focus on your specific story and where you find yourself in your grief journey. We will use the session as bereavement processing (talking about how you are feeling and coping) and also create a personalized self-care plan to help you through the holidays and beyond. 

We will also do a meditation & Reiki (a gentle energy healing practice) to help you connect with your baby and any messages they have for you.
