When can I use this holiday package?
Your 1:1 session (which we will do on Zoom) can be scheduled any time through the rest of December 2022 through January 31st, 2023. I am NOT taking the week off between Christmas and New Years so there will be many spots open during what can be very tough dates and events for bereaved parents like you.
The mindfulness program is LIFETIME ACCESS. You will receive an email to create a login and you can use and download the audio tracks for personal use as long as the lifetime of the course.

MY TFMR PREGNANCY LOSS WAS MANY YEARS AGO. IS IT OKAY TO DO THESE SESSIONS?
I would say a resounding YES! There is no expiration date on grief. And you may find yourself in need of help because another recent loss is bringing up your grief for your baby. Or maybe you are coming up on a hard milestone or grief "anniversary." Or perhaps you were never allowed to grieve due to family or your culturaI environment. I want you to know, I am here for you.

Always follow your medical doctor's orders first and foremost for any mind or body practice. If there is no medical reason to worry, I would like you to know that I created these tracks to be as gentle as possible. Nothing is forced on you, and all of the suggestions are optional in the tracks.
One thing I always recommend my clients do when testing out a new mindfulness track is to listen to it in a non-meditative state FIRST, to check that it is appropriate and to check that it doesn't trigger something very tender in their fresh experience. You can do this with the tracks. Listen one time over FIRST, then listen again, in a meditative state.
All of the practices can be used in motion, so if you are worried that sitting still could be too much for you, use the tracks while walking or exercising (just not while driving!)

WHAT EXACTLY WILL WE DO IN THE 1:1 SESSION?
In the 1:1 session we will focus on your specific story and where you find yourself in your grief journey. We will use the session as bereavement processing (talking about how you are feeling and coping) and also create a personalized self-care plan to help you through the holidays and beyond.
We will also do a meditation & Reiki (a gentle energy healing practice) to help you connect with your baby and any messages they have for you.
