​I'm so sorry you've lost your baby. Please know your story is safe with me. I see you as the bereaved parent you are, even if not everyone else understands.

And that's ok, not everyone will understand. I went through a TFMR myself in early 2018 and I had to explain so much to all my therapists, my medical team, even to my own partner. It was exhausting to find the right people, but I eventually cobbled together the support I needed.

Here with me there is no explanation needed. I see you, I hear you. I'm here to help.

That's why I became a pregnancy loss doula. And that's why I created this mindfulness program, so you can give yourself the gift of having someone by your side who gets you. Is This a Live prograM?

No, this whole program is pre-recorded and available for instant download.

The mindfulness program is LIFETIME ACCESS. You will receive an email to create a login and you can use and download the audio tracks for personal use as long as the lifetime of the course.

MY TFMR PREGNANCY LOSS WAS MANY YEARS AGO. IS IT OKAY TO DO THESE SESSIONS?

I would say a resounding YES! There is no expiration date on grief. And you may find yourself in need of help because another recent loss is bringing up your grief for your baby. Or maybe you are coming up on a hard milestone or grief "anniversary." Or perhaps you were never allowed to grieve due to family or your culturaI environment. I want you to know, I am here for you. 

​MY TFMR PREGNANCY LOSS WAS VERY RECENT. I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN PRACTICE MINDFULNESS YET. WILL IT BE OKAY FOR ME?

Always follow your medical doctor's orders first and foremost for any mind or body practice. If there is no medical reason to worry, I would like you to know that I created these tracks to be as gentle as possible. Nothing is forced on you, and all of the suggestions are optional in the tracks.

One thing I always recommend my clients do when testing out a new mindfulness track is to listen to it in a non-meditative state FIRST, to check that it is appropriate and to check that it doesn't trigger something very tender in their fresh experience. You can do this with the tracks. Listen one time over FIRST, then listen again, in a meditative state.

All of the practices can be used in motion, so if you are worried that sitting still could be too much for you, use the tracks while walking or exercising (just not while driving!)

WHAT EXACTLY IS INcluded in this bundle?

In Peace of Mind audio program, you will receive various meditation and mindfulness and affirmation tracks. Currently there are 7 tracks as part of this program.

There is also a bonus mindfulness workshop (pre-recorded) that is about 50 minutes long. There are more examples in the workshop you can try and lots of explanations and ideas to customize your own mindfulness in grief.
