I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRIPTION
WARNING: If you follow the steps below to end your membership yourself, you will be DEACTIVATED immediately and you will not be able to log in, (even if you still have 2 weeks left of your monthly time or even if you have a month or more of your annual subscription).

IF YOU WOULD STILL LIKE TO MOVE FORWARD AND END YOUR MEMBERSHIP TODAY: If you know the email you use to log in to your account, go to https://the-tfmr-doula.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/ and submit your email in the field. You will get a link that will take your "customer hub" where you can see your payment plans and update or cancel your subscription/membership. 1.Click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS 2.Go to VIEW 3.Hit CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. I NEED To UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD
If you know the email you use to log in to your account, go to https://the-tfmr-doula.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/ and submit your email in the field. You will get a link that will take you to your "customer hub" where you can update your credit card information through the button that says UPDATE MY INFO next to your name and address.

If you are having trouble logging in, do a quick search in your email for the course name or "Thrivecart" (the program that supports our courses and membership) and double check that your email is correct. A dash or period out of place can interfere with logging in. If none of these things help, sumbit a ticket below. I CAn LOG IN, BUT I CAN'T SEE MY PURCHASED COURSE/WORKSHOP
That sounds so frustrating; send a support ticket below with the email you used to purchase the course and I will check into fixing this for you.

Definitely! Send the emails you use for different courses/the membership and let me know which one you want as you main log in. Use the support ticket below to send all the relevant information and all the emails you currently use.
Tech Issue - VIDEO WON'T PLAY, CONTENT "NOT YET LIVE", MODULE WON'T LOAD
That is so annoying, and I'm sorry that's happening! If "refreshing" the page or switching from Chrome or Firefox or a different browser makes no difference, send me the name of the course or module or workshop where this is happening in the form below and I'll work on fixing it.
