Here are few things you can do to get set up:

To access your support materials/courses

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME buying a course or workshop or bundle from me, you will have to CONFIRM your email with your log in details

1. ​Go to your email (the email you used to purchase your package)
2. Search or look for the email titled "Verify your email to access your courses" from [email protected]
3. If for some reason you can't find the confirmation email or you haven't received it within 15 minutes, send me an email ([email protected]) 

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE OTHER COURSES from me

​For text and voice note support

& remember you have text/voice message doula support for the duration of your package. I love to be able to support you this way, and make it my goal to respond within 24 hours Sunday through Friday from 10am CST through 7pm CST. (Saturdays off)

1. ​Download Whatsapp if you don't already have it so we can connect and so you can have me as your virtual doula, support in your pocket.

Scheduling your Zoom sessions

Full monthly package includes weekly sessions. 

Half package includes 2 sessions a month. 

Mini package includes 1 session a month.
