As an extra bonus, you will have text doula support starting now and running through the whole program.

1. ​Download Whatsapp if you don't already have it so we can connect and so you can have me as your virtual doula, support in your pocket.
2. Add me at 52-777-439-1383 or through [email protected]  (The 52 is the Mexican country code. This may cause trouble with finding me).
3. If for some reason you can't find me, send me an email ([email protected]) with your phone number, including the country code, connected to your Whatsapp account.
