Here's how you'll get support:
You don't have to figure this out alone. When you work with me, you get someone who's walked this path and knows the territory.
|
We meet live once a week over Zoom.
Just you and me. No group, no audience. A safe space to say whatever you're feeling. Rage, guilt, love, confusion - it all belongs here. Some weeks we'll talk. Some weeks you might just cry. I'll hold you right where you are. |
Text me anytime, seriously, ANYTIME <3
Wake up at 3am from a nightmare about your baby? Text me. Walking out of a triggering doctor appointment? Send me a voice note. When grief hits, you don't have to sit with it alone. I'll respond as soon as I can, usually within a few hours. |
For when grief feels like it's eating you up from the inside:
that tight chest, those heavy shoulders, that knot in your stomach - I use gentle energy work (Reiki, tarot, meditations) to help you breathe easier. If you're aching to feel connected to your baby through this, we can explore signs, messages, and that sense of presence you might be feeling but doubting. You're NOT making it up, and these energy practices can help deepen your relationship with baby. |
You deserve support through ending a wanted pregnancy
Personal support, different from therapy. I'm not going to diagnose you or give you a curriculum.
I'm the person who gets why this grief feels different, why people don't understand your choice, and why you will always love your baby even though you had to let them go.
You deserve support through this.
Not someday when you've pulled it altogether, no: right now, in the mess of it.
What other TFMR parents like you
say about getting personal support:
"It was a 'no-brainer' to schedule a one-on-one session with Sabrina when I saw an email reminder that she had these types of services available.
I am in the middle of a pregnancy after loss (multiple losses) PAL, and I knew she could help me with the complexities of this current time through her many modalities of support.
Before working with her I felt anxious and unsure, but after the sessions I always feel more centered and connected.
My biggest takeaway is that I was reminded of the importance of engaging spiritually and provided with some helpful guidance for doing so in ways that are meaningful to me."

"I trust Sabrina and she has given me a safe space to cope with loss. She is always there for me especially during times of panic when trying to conceive after my TFMR (termination for medical reasons) loss.
After working with her I feel more at peace and more connected to my baby and spiritual self, especially with the help of her Reiki sessions."
-Katie
"Working with Sabrina was both healing and enlightening. Her soothing and compassionate energy is unparalleled.
It was extremely helpful to have someone to send thoughts/messages to 24/7 as they came when grief and trauma triggers arose.
I’m forever grateful for her professional and caring support, and plan to work with her again should we experience a future pregnancy. Regardless of the outcome her support will be needed."
-Anne
"Sabrina has been a gentle and empathetic support to me.
She's a great listener who acknowledged my past pregnancy traumas
and pregnancy after loss fears with kindness and compassion.
She helped me feel as though I wasn't alone.”

Meet your Loss Doula
Sabrina Fletcher The TFMR Doula |
I'm so sorry you've lost your baby. Please know your story is safe with me. I see you as the bereaved parent you are, even if not everyone else understands. And that's ok, not everyone will understand. I went through a TFMR myself in early 2018 and I had to explain so much to all my therapists, my medical team, even to my own partner. It was exhausting to find the right people, but I eventually cobbled together the support I needed. Here with me there is no explanation needed. I see you, I hear you. I'm here to help. That's why I became a pregnancy loss doula. And that's why I put together this bereavement care package, so you can give yourself the gift of having someone by your side. Someone who gets you. |

FAQs - What you might be wondering:
What if I don't know what to say in sessions?
That is 100% okay. Some weeks you'll talk, some weeks you'll cry, some weeks you'll be numb. You can also receive gentle energy work on the weeks where words don't come easily. All of it is welcome. I'll follow your lead.
How soon can we start?
We can start this week. I typically have space in my calendar to meet you for the initial call within 24 - 48 hours.
Our first full session after that can be scheduled in just a few days after that. When you're ready for support, waiting weeks doesn't make sense.

Can my partner join a session sometimes?
Absolutely. Sometimes partners need support too, or you need them there while you share your story. Whatever helps you feel safer. Bring them to the initial call too, you have both lost a baby and I'm here for you. <3
Does my situation 'qualify' as TFMR?
If you ended a wanted pregnancy due to medical reasons - for your baby's health, your health, or both - that's TFMR. The specific condition, how far along you were, whether survivable or fatal, none of that changes whether you belong here. You do.
