I'm Sabrina,
TFMR mom, Pregnancy grief doula

I went through a termination for medical reasons in 2018.

I searched and searched for what you are searching for too. I found forums, Facebook group - and the stories held me. But the spaces weren't facilitated or live, and there were no tools for this specific grief there. I found a postpartum doula who was wonderful, but hadn't been through THIS loss. I didn't want to explain or teach, I wanted to just be held.

So I built what we need.

There are just a handful of people in the world who specifically do holding from inside the TFMR experience. I am one of them. I run the only annual TFMR conference and convene us all. I built this Inner Sanctuary private care because when I needed this it didn't exist.

I know this darkness, this love, this impossible choice.

This is where you will go from trembling, feeling misunderstood in your medical choice,
to fully in your MOTHER-power & in real relationship with your baby. In 90 days.

 
What we'll do together:

Each month includes one full day - Your Sanctuary Day
A sound bath in the morning, followed by a Spirit Baby Session. Guided through Reiki and visualization WITH your baby, not around them or despite them - with them, because they are still here, still yours, still present in this relationship.

Then lunch is on me, via DoorDash, because you deserve to be fed in every sense of the word. 

In the afternoon we will restore through STORY. Poetry, writing, your grief story witnessed by someone who doesn't flinch. A retelling of an ancient grief story.



Between Your Sanctuary Days: We'll come together on Zoom for more Reiki, witnessing, and continued visualization with baby. You are held between sessions, not just during them. 

We meet for Your Sanctuary Day over Zoom.

Just you and me. No group, no audience. A safe space to say whatever you're feeling.

Rage, guilt, love, confusion - it all belongs here. And connecting with YOUR baby, bringing you back to the light and their gentle guidance through out.

When you can feel that - really feel that as your truth in your core - the worries that baby felt "thrown away" or is angry at the decision  - the worries calm.  You put down the shame that was never yours to carry.


And you build a real, living relationship with your baby that no one can take from you. No one.

Your story is safe with me. I see you as the bereaved parent you are, even if the world doesn't understands.

And that's ok, not everyone will understand. I went through a TFMR myself in early 2018 and I had to explain so much to all my therapists, my medical team, my postpartum doula, even to my own partner. It was exhausting to find the right people, but I eventually cobbled together the support I needed.

Here with me there is no explanation needed. I see you, I hear you. I'm here to help.

That's why I became a pregnancy loss doula. And that's why I put together this bereavement care package of the Inner Sanctuary so you can give yourself the gift of having someone by your side. Someone who gets you.

I'm the person who gets why this grief feels different, why people don't understand your choice, and why you will always love your baby even though you had to let them go. And I will help you live from the love place.

FAQs - What you might be wondering:

What if I don't know what to say in sessions?

That is 100% okay. Some weeks you'll talk, some weeks you'll cry, some weeks you'll be numb. I'll lead your through gentle energy work and practices to connect with your baby on the days where words don't come easily. All of it is welcome.

How soon can we start?

We can start this week. I typically have space in my calendar to meet you for the initial call within 24 - 48 hours.

Our first full session after that can be scheduled in just a few days after that. When you're ready for support, waiting weeks doesn't make sense.

Can my partner join a session sometimes?

Absolutely. Sometimes partners need support too, or you need them there while you share your story. Whatever helps you feel safer. Bring them to the initial call too, you have both lost a baby and I'm here for you. <3

​Does my situation 'qualify' as TFMR?

​If you ended a wanted pregnancy due to medical reasons - for your baby's health, your health, or both - that's TFMR. The specific condition, how far along you were, whether survivable or fatal, none of that changes whether you belong here. You do.
